Peter Charles de Haan is the founder and Chairman of PDH Fairlight Holdings, S.L., and was its initial sole shareholder. His business interests in Spain span investment, real estate and hospitality. Separately from the group, he is associated with environmental initiatives in Antequera through Opus Foundation.

José Manuel Romero Rodríguez is Chief Executive Officer (Consejero Delegado) and a member of the Board of Directors. He brings more than 25 years of international financial and executive experience, encompassing corporate strategy, financial leadership, governance and business transformation. Appointed to the Board registered on 24 February 2026.
